At ProKiddy, we care about your satisfaction. We accept returns and exchanges only under specific conditions, outlined below, to ensure quality control and customer clarity.
Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange request will be considered only if:

The product received is damaged or broken

You have received a completely different product than what you ordered

There is a size issue (exchange only; no returns for size issues)
🟡 Note: Minor variations in color (10%–15%) may occur due to screen resolution and lighting. Such differences are not grounds for return.
Steps to Initiate an Exchange Request
Please follow these steps carefully:
Step 1: Record a video while unboxing your order (compulsory)
Step 2: Take a photo of the shipping label
Step 3: Click a clear photo of the product received
Step 4: Send all the above to us via WhatsApp at +91 82647 94280
Exchange Policy

Reverse pick-up for exchange will be arranged within 2–3 working days

A reverse pick-up fee of ₹60 will be applicable

Exchange is only allowed for size replacement, not for a different product

Product must be unused, in original packaging, with intact tags

Exchange will not be accepted if the product is used, washed, or has missing tags
🔁 Note: In areas where reverse pick-up is unavailable, the customer must self-ship the product to our provided address.
Return Policy

Returns are allowed only under the specified valid reasons

The customer must self-ship the product to the return address we provide

Product must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact

A handling fee of ₹50 will be charged for each return

COD charges are non-refundable
📦 Once the product is received and passes quality check (QC), a refund or exchange will be initiated within 72 hours
Return/Exchange Time Window
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the delivery date. Requests beyond this time will not be entertained.
Refunds for Prepaid Orders

Processing time: 3–5 working days from approval

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
